Player Registration
All registrations must be completed by July 1, 2011. Please be aware that we are limited to 8 teams, so get your registration in early! This tournament will fill up quickly!
Entry fee: $125 per player and a Silent Auction item.
Each player will play 2 games min.
Receive a team jersey.
Before the first game, each player must complete their registration by bringing:
- signed waiver form (available at time of payment)
- full payment
- Silent Auction Item. Please try to bring an interesting and inspiring silent auction item. Players can get together and create a basket.

Pledging:
The player to raise the most amount of money wins a magnificent Tiffany Gold Key with diamond on Chain. Value $2,600. The necklace will be awarded by a Tiffany representative on Sunday at the finals. Get your pledge form here.
